The rates suck! They're going to give you some bs about their rates being "fair" But just check out rates of other apps, for example TransferGo (not sponsored) A lot of other apps have much better rates And they have a limit on a single transaction in KZT, forcing me to make several transactions (and pay commission every time!) I'm sure that'll come up with some bs explanation of that too But the fact is - there are other apps with no limit and better rates that also operate very quickly

Hello! Our rates are as close as possible to the mid-market exchange rate. However, they can fluctuate during the day depending on the volatility of the respective currency exchange markets. You will see the amount you are sending and the exact amount your recipient will receive before making a transaction.

The worst app ever !! After the deducted the money from my bank account the transaction was failed. I waited 10 days to be refunded but that nothing credited to bank account, contacted the customer service for 3 weeks in row they have the same answer its like an AI Generated message!! It's been a month and i didn't receive my refund ! And it seems they have no problem for the app owners to face legal issues! Dont use this app unless you are ready to risk your money

Installation was fast& easy.Only reason I am unlikely to use is because PaySend's rates are lower than my existing top 2 Fintech apps - Lemfi & Sendwave.Most of us work hard for our money & like to see our money stretch as far as possible.I therefore never send money until I have compared rates between at least 2 apps.I've at least 5 available to me.Over time,I discovered 3 that are consistently higher than most.Being an OG, I also know things can change so always on lookout for new top rates.
