Worked for a few days, then started to give the error of "Lost network connection" even with stable internet and a direct line from my console to mobile device. If they were to fix the connection issues, make the interface for the PC version similar to the Phone app and allow us to use the mouse and keyboard instead of the controller through the remote system, Id happily rate it 5 stars. But until then, 1/5. would not recommend yet.

App works fine and with little delay. However, not being able to use mobile data is a huge drawback. I understand the implications of using mobile data (Bigger delay, faster battery drain, etc.), but the user should be able to decide whether or not to use it by himself. Maybe after a quick warning that the experience over mobile data can be consoderably worse.

I’ve seen others mention this, but I’ll repeat it in hopes that Sony finally listens. The PS Remote Play app completely misses its purpose — it only works when connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the console. That defeats the whole idea of remote play. On top of that, the response time is already poor, making the experience frustrating even when it does connect. Sony needs to fix this, either through an app update or a console patch, because right now it’s not living up to its name.
