The app is counterintuitive, and when i tried to book an extra luggage on my flight, first they asked me 40€ extra than the price asked for the same luggage on the same flight, and after 2 days it wasn't confirmed. I had to get mad at the customer service to get a refund and add the luggage myself directly on easyjet site, operation that took 5 minutes. Scumbag app

The worst travel app that I've ever used, changed my flight secretly on the app and I had to pay for the change, I spent so much time communicated with the agent, nothing worked, and they charged me AGAIN and said failed changed which means I paid extra money for the WRONG ticket that they forced me to buy. You are basically gambling on the site, the agent is nice but helpless. I've been traveling so many years, not a single one agency is so bad. Not even deserve one star.

A super easy way of finding times of public transport & booking your ticket. However, I didn't have a great time in Italy. Bought tickets but couldn't use the generated QR code at turnstiles.. It doesn't give enough information on whether transport is underground or overground, which caused much confusion & worst of all, on a pre-arranged strike day, my app sold me tickets and told me my trains were on time, despite every one being cancelled. Google knew and it was on multiple train websites.
