The concept of the app is good. it jumps around a lot, so I feel like I'm not learning as much as I should be. So, I do a lot of the practice/review lessons. The app has us gamble our coins on getting streaks. I keep losing my streak (and my coins) because I do the practice/review units. I'm trying to learn, and cement what I learned, and I get punished, because I didn't just keep pushing forward to overwhelm myself more?! I guess I'm not doing any more of the streak challenges....

Could definitely use more polish. The cursor will often jump to the top of the page while typing, and when selecting where to write, it often highlights the text instead. Even after clicking several times to ensure that you're not highlighting an entire word/element/ section of text, it will sometimes still highlight it and delete it as soon as you start typing. There are other weird, hard to describe things like this too. Editing text is probably the worst part of the app.

I got the pro version right away, since I wanted to start learning programming and the excersises taught you very well in small and comprehensive steps. Though only AFTER the free-trial, I got confronted with a further pay wall, telling me, I would have to upgrade to a more expensive version to unlock the full app, to be able to learn on a desktop (which offers more content than the app version) and more. Great app, but too bad it isn't honest with the costs that are needed to really use it.
