Be careful with this app. I was just browsing, the navigation is so chaotic and confusing that from nowhere came a pop up with "payment successful". What??? I didn't buy anything. I was clicking to delete but the app was adding instead. I wasn't in the cart, wasn't buying anything and with no confirmation they charged me for the same product three times. Now I have to ask for a refund for a product that I never bought. I am going to uninstall it immediately just in case.

I add an item to my cart, then when I select it to do final checkout - the price increases. Sometimes doubling. That is so shady. I don't want to be shown an "Estimated price", when it isn't even anywhere NEAR that price when I actually try to buy it. I enjoy shopping on Shein, but I've noticed this for a while now and it makes it confusing and honestly makes you not want to even look at stuff. I'm not the only one that has noticed this, either. Multiple other people have noticed it as well.

Shein clothing isn't too bad in quality most of the time and I've used the app for years. However, now, there's no way to know how much youre actually paying for an item until youve reached checkout. The price changes multiple times. The price on the items when browsing are not the actual price. In the basket its different, unticked, its different, at checkout, its different. This needs to change! Its misleading.
