The browser view is quite useless if half of the features are missing and you are asked to switch back to the app. Nearly every time I open the app I get asked to input my phone number again, before proceeding to query for login information. you would expect that the app would be able to properly save it. Worst part I sent money to my giro account, went through confirmation and I submitted the money twice with a single confirmation. Which does not give me confidence in the app.

Absurd! Both me and my son have not managed to go through the ID verification step, the process breaks down at different steps. For me, it "doesn't recognize the face in the frame". Pixel 7, good camera, good light. For my son, the process broke down during the verification call - audio (loudspeaker) issues. Support completely unhelpful "uninstall and install again, maybe that will help". It didn't.

The app is great as long as everything goes as planned. The second you need support, it breaks down- I had 5k frozen for 3 weeks and had to follow up over and over again to get responses. Now I have another support request open, and once you've managed the obstacle course of accessing the support chat, you get automated answers that don't actually resolve the issue, and the chat just gets closed. Just make sure you're not reliant on the money in your account and enjoy the easy trading.
