The app is easy to use. But their delivery system sometimes fail. My second order ever with the app was sent back without informing me, as the delivery agency said that they could not find my address in Berlin. They had delivered to me to the same address for the first time without failure. The delivery is also comparatively slow. I stopped using the app sometime back as it's not so good when you cannot trust them when they have bad delivery service. The order they failed was a surprise gift!!

This app has terrible customer service. I made an order and returned some of the items in the same box. However one of my returned items seems to be kept even though I returned it in the same box and they are expecting me to pay for an item I returned. I sent couple of mails to the customer service and did not get any answer. In another order, it's been 1 month and I still did not receive the item but they requested an overdue payment. I do not even know if I will keep the item.

I ordered the same item 4 times, yes 4 TIMES and each time they withdraw the money from my bank, send me an order confirmation and an invoice and then two minutes later they cancel my order. They keep sending me emails that the item I want is back in stock and when I buy it they cancel the order and I have to wait for the refund. If it happened once or twice I would say it's a coincidence, but four times is just too much.
