Hit or miss app unfortunately... When you're a seller, there's lots of bugs and unnecessary hurdles to take in order to list items. I was asked to upload pictures of the labels, which I did but then the listing got rejected, so I have to start all over again. No reason is given why it got rejected... Customer service is useless and repeating the same information without providing details nor reason. The suggested prices are lower than the market prices. Stockx is better

I used to love the app because it is easy to use. But lately I only have problems. Everytime I upload an item for sale it is not visible on my profile, the team in the chat told me this is an app issue and my items are visible on a browser. Seriously now? Most people I know are online shopping from apps which means that my items will not be sold fast. Sometimes I have to withdraw an item from sale and post it again 4 to 5 times until it is visible on my profile. That is so frustrating!

The app itself works good. The biggest advantage is very safe to buy and sell. The downside is that you will not find very often a good deal since the app takes a commission the seller always need to make a bit higher price to compensate the loss of the commission. I was wondering why sometimes people was selling a second hand product for almost the price of a new one, once I started to sell I discovered the reason
