When you think the app it's bad but they manage to make it worse, last summer upgrade was only for the company. Drivers cannot see the kilometres like before, if you get assigned a double order good luck if one restaurant didn't prepare the food you still need to wait to deliver the one you have already picked up, we cannot see on the app what we deliver like the competitors do. The app doesn't follow you if you move from where you start.

The new version feels less user-friendly compared to the previous one. When navigation starts, it would be better to stay within the Scoober app, showing street names and numbers, instead of redirecting to Google Maps. Also, when managing 2-3 orders, it only shows the customer's name. Including the address and a navigation option would improve efficiency. Please consider updating these features, or I may have to switch back to the old version. Thank you! Imran

In the normal navigation mode it would be good if you couldnhave them read out the actual address upon reaching the destination. Would be quicker to hear the name of the customer and the number of the flat so I can go directly without having to look at my phone. It would be great to have total hours back. It is useful to be able to copy the information but would also be great to be able to see full address information as sometimes company names are not displayed in full
