Pick the tasks you like
You can perform tasks that are better paid, or simply do the ones you like. You might prefer to check an organization's contact details, while others prefer checking whether search results match a particular search query.

Follow your task history
Track the status and check the results of your completed tasks in the "Activity History" section.

Profile
Find out how much you’ve earned by checking "Account". Here, you can also see your skill levels: the higher the number, the more tasks are available to you.

Withdraw funds from your account
Your earnings are credited to your Toloka account immediately after the requester accepts the task. Earnings are paid in dollars, and you can cash them in your local currency through Payoneer. Turkish citizens can also withdraw money via Papara.

So, I got in the app, made an account and started customizing my profile. Then, I somehow accidentally logged out (I don't remember how) and when I tried to log back in, the app sent me a SMS code to confirm its me, I did, and then it said: "A user with this number is already registered" and my choices were to either update the phone number or try another account. I tried updating the phone number, it sent me to their website but nothing useful. I tried reinstalling, still didn't fix the problem

I like that they have short trainings for different task categories. You get to see what tasks are like and can decide if you want to do any of them or not. And if you don't do well they don't offer them to you (I'm assuming.) In any case, the training helps make it so that no one's time is wasted. I did notice 1 problem though... One of the trainings wanted you to click on 2 verification buttons, but they were both greyed out. So they didn't direct you anywhere, but you still had to tap them.

Thank you for the nice review! You can ask a question about a task directly to its author. To do this, go to "Completed", find the task you need, open it, tap three dots and select "Contact requester".

This is a very nice and genuine app if you need some little extra cash and you can spare some time. Most of the tasks does not require any qualifications or experience, you just need to through trainings and pass exams to have access to some paid tasks, while some tasks does not require training at all. The withdrawal is fast and easy. I would appreciate it if there is a way for me to know if there are new tasks available (through notifications) even when am not currently using the app.
