I have a few problems with the way orders are displayed. Hard to find, then when returns happen it links to an order but when you click the link it takes you to the overview. Payments via Rechnung are a nightmare, it says you owe money when you don't and it's impossible to find where this is. Customer support say to call but I dont have time to sit on the phone for an hour. Please use Klarna for managing payments!! So much easier.

App not working since last update!!!! Used to work wonderful but after the latest version update the point system doesn't update properly, the payments aren't up to date nor the orders. What a shame. I hope the developers improve this new version asap. Fingers crossed! PS: The HM Club is great. Don't spoil it by putting a minimum purchase of 25Euros in order to qualify for a free delivery.

Items in my cart keep getting deleted, so if I leave the app and want to continue my shopping the next day I have to start from scratch, which is very annoying. Makes shopping impossible for me because I like to browse and add things to my cart and then decide what to actually order afterwards, and I mostly don't have the time to do that all at once.
