There's good and bad but compared to other resell sites, GOAT would be smarter to go with. The main thing I like about them is that I trust the authenticity of the sneakers when I buy. I've purchased a few and always do multiple authenticity checks from different platforms and they always pass. Customer Service can be hit or miss but for most part, I feel like they'll step up when needed to. I would give them 4 stars but the app crashes or malfunctions too much.

Horrible!!! That's been my experience with this app! I am still $126 in the hole & they're ignoring my messages. What's good about a "store credit" is that every time I am trying to use it, my order is cancelled and I get the reimbursement for the additional payment, but they kept me hostage not able to use the store credit & not able to buy anything using the store credit. Don't buy from them, it's a SCAM!!!

Selling in this app is genuinely so frustrating. Constant errors with listings due to incorrect images as im photographing with a near professional grade set up. Perfect lighting, tripod, backdrop, shoes exactly as described in the outliner, but several pairs get constantly rejected several times over no matter what adjustment I make
