Long time subscriber. Over 6 years to see a series only offered here. Even though you pay a premium for commercial free service you still see ads. Whether it's for an additional service or a prime video exclusive. Frequently freezes when it's opened and won't even allow you to select a show. You attempt to scroll down to see your "continue watching" list and it closes before you can even get there. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, and am still seeing the same issues.

Unreliable and buggy. Often fails to resume the correct episode when choosing "continue watching". Casting works 50% of the time at best, despite other apps do it flawlessly all the time. Lots of ads despite subscribing. Worst of all, ads are fixed so when trying to find what episode you were on, because this stupid ad f:ed it up, you end up watching an ad for each episode you try. Starting page is cluttery and annoying.

I absolutely hate this app now. They have limited content compared to other platforms and they play 60 second long ad every 15-20 minute. So for an episode of 41 minute, 3-4 minute is for ads. and more than that, a prime account is sold under the false pretense that if you pay for the premium, they will give it ad free, but once you purchase the premium options, they will just simply say, they need more money for removing ads. this is simply shameful business.
