very bad I can never do anything with it, I have chronic disease Hypertension and with this app it has increased more, UI is buggy, no customer service, authentication and biometric doesn't work, it's basically useless!

Your app is very buggy. There are many features that don't work properly even on my new phone. And even when I try to report these bugs, it still doesn't work properly!!! Very disappointed!!

Horrendous customer experience. I've been trying to view my medical policy details Open profile -> my policies -> find policy count (1) -> click policies -> find NOTHING??? -> try to reach support on WhatsApp -> Chatbot bugged and endlessly requests OTP and Identification -> call customer support phone number -> no option to speak to a human agent -> choose Policy Benefits Details on options tree -> Get SMS URL redirect to website -> open URL -> REDIRECTED TO APP AGAIN?? Repeat ad infinitum
