The 2025 version is, without a doubt, the most disappointing iteration of this application. Customer support has become non-existent. Previously, email support was effective, but now all I receive are generic bot responses. I have been communicating with them for three months without a resolution to my issue. The lack of proper support is completely unacceptable 👎👎

This app is not so good. This app is not very convenient. You can't see the money for tips. The biggest problem with these apps is that you have to wait too long to get an order at the restaurant. Glovo Couriers apps didn't take that long to deliver orders. Overall, Glovo Courier apps were the best apps. Glovo needs to solved thats Issue. THANK YOU

Working as a courier in Warsaw, Poland, I see some improvements, but there are still issues with extremely slow support that basically doesn't resolve my issue when I ask about my cash balance or my wrong payments, telling me to contact my fleet partner (which also tells me to contact Glovo). Frustrating, app with 8 zł per order. So now even lower than last year even after inflation.
