I kindly advise against using YouGotaGift cards for your loved ones. I had a card valued at AED 800, and unfortunately, more than AED 300 of it was inexplicably lost through the platform. This experience has been quite disappointing.

The update really messed up the app! It became complicated to set-up a group gift card, no longer possible to add a group picture and a lengthy process overall. In addition, even the organizer of the gift card no longer has access to receiver's details post setting up the gift and is no longer given updates on whether the gift card was properly delivered or sent. I had to contact customer service 3 times to amend a simple gift card. Please fix as it is not customer oriented anymore.

read the terms before purchase, and there is always hidden info. especially with Talabat voucher. and always check the terms for other cards.
