I wanted it to work, but this is the most lagging food delivery app. As if it was beta version released yesterday. I can't save delivery notes (where the entrance is), for example. The support is unbelievably nonexisted. Chat bot isn't even AI, it's scripted with literally 2 options and it's extremely hard to make it send your request to humans. Who answer by email, omg. I suspect it's the same on restaurants side. That's why I wasn't refunded automatically when only 1 out of 4 items arrived.

I'm giving this app a 1 star due to the fact that the app is showing me restaurants that deliver to me from across the country and wouldn't deliver the food even by the morning, the app was even telling me that the food would be delivered by 15 to 30 minutes which is miss information. I admit me not checking the location of the restaurant was a mistake but still the fact that it showed me a restaurant across the country is absurd. I had to call back the restaurant, apologize and cancel the order

Horrible customer service experience (hint: it doesnât exist). The customer support AI is the worst Iâve ever seen, and thereâs no way to contact a real person. Itâs night, my delivery didnât arrive after 3 hours, and the only available option is disgusting kebabs. Horrible app and overall experience. On top of that, deliveries were always late. This is by far the worst delivery app Iâve used across multiple countries.
