It suddenly stopped working on my Nvidia Shield. On Google Play it says ENABLE, but if I click on it, nothing happens. Tried everything, including reset to factory settings, but to no avail. Any chance of an update to get back to normal? Otherwise the App is totally useless on that platform. UPDATE: I was contacted by customer support and they helped me to quickly fix the problem. Thanks!

I've been using Zattoo for a long time with an Ultimate subscription. We expect no ads with Ultimate, but that's still the case. The video quality doesn't live up to our expectations, and watching movies in the Zattoothek requires a lot of patience, as ads freeze three times every second. It's very frustrating. Can you improve anything, especially for subscription payers?

Hello! With Ultimate, Zattooās own ads (e.g. when switching channels) are removed - but ads from TV channels and in the On Demand section (Zattoothek) may still appear due to licensing. If playback freezes, thatās not intended. Please contact us directly so we can look into it. Best Zattoo

It seems not possible to change the default language to French in Zattoothek (mainly movies in German and some in English). Main drawback for me. Update: I refer to movies that are available in the guide, not on-demand movies. It is quite cumbersome to search for movies in the guide. I would like to sort/show movies that are visible in the guide by language.

Hello, On Demand content is not available in French. Unfortunately, there are also channels and programmes that we are unable to offer at present for legal reasons.
