The app discount of 5 euro for the first time doesn't work. So I felt scammed to download the app, sign into the newsletter, prepare all the items to buy, and for then not having any working discount at all. The newsletter discount cannot be used for discounted products and the app discount doesn't work because of no reason. At the end I didn't want to complete my purchase

So far, a very good experience. The app works well, there are plenty of great products you may not find in local stores, the prices are very good and there's always some promo going on (plus I have the gold club card so I constantly get cash back). In the rare case I needed to return an item, the return was processed very efficiently.

Quick deliveries, easy to order, good assortment and prices. Unfortunately, I've had issues with returning the orders - currently the list is not loading, not allowing me to create a return. Also had issues with tracking my return to a foreign partner. There was no update on the shipment at all, I had to get back to the return point to get the tracker number and write to techsupport to return the money. Also have received poorly wrapped stuff, and not clean!
