Muy mala aplicación y pésimo soporte. Para probar el servicio abro una cuenta remunerada. Después múltiples problemas de acceso 4 meses después veo que tengo 0€ de interés. Me dicen que tengo que activar la opción interes y la de IBAN TR. Les digo que en ningún momento se indica eso en el proceso de creación de la cuenta y depósito y que he tenido x€ dinero en su banco creando telarañas. Presentó una queja y me dicen que los problemas de acceso no se gestionan por esa vía. Interés no es acceso!

Dificultades para obtener documentación para hacienda. Imposible que te ayude el centro de ayuda. El chat sólo funciona para unas opciones y no es un chat real. Altas comisiones para tradear: 2-4% del valor invertido. La estructura de la app carece de opciones. Muy lioso si quieres cambiar configuración o buscar documentación o ayuda.
