Very bad app, at first everything seems great, and then the real truth about these thieves is revealed. I ordered two packages and neither one arrived. They say it was returned to the sender and they also say they refunded my money, but they did none of the above. First of all, they don't deliver the package. Second, they lie to you about it. Third, they don't refund your money, and they even write to you that they refunded it. DO NOT SHOP ON SHEIN. I will report them if they don't refund me.

I want to warn people who intend to buy from Shein to give up on buying because they don't deliver the goods to their home address, but instead use a scam that the goods were delivered when they weren't. I just experienced this now. I ordered and paid for two T-shirts and didn't receive them, but they replied that they had been delivered. There are also cameras in front of the front door that show that the delivery didn't arrive. I sent several messages to get a response and they don't respond.
