I had to factory reset my phone, and now I can't get back into my account. Usually, it allows me to enter my password. I don't even get that option after putting in the country code and phone number. I have to wait 24 hours before I can get access, and now I have to wait about 5 days for another account that needs this 2FA to verify. After my account is verified, I'm done with this app, this is ridiculous. What's the point of a Backup Password/Key if it not usable for recovery.

As long as you use one device and don't want to have a backup device or switch to a new one this app works just fine. But it doesn't let me unlock my account on another device because it always states the password is wrong. I changed it multiple times, waited, nothing. I'll have to use another authenticator app as this one will lock me out of my account the minute my phone dies. This is an issue for ages and I don't understand why it isn't being fixed.

New UI is meh. I really hate the size of the text and would like it to be customizable; I'd like to be able to shrink the text size a bit, a lot of my accounts get cut off because they don't fit and if I have multiple accounts under one company (like I do for Microsoft for work), I can no longer quickly distinguish which token is for which account. Also, dragging to reorganize accounts when on the grid view makes NO sense. ALL accounts should shift (like in list view), not swap places.
