Very disappointed with this brand. I ordered several times, one of those the whole order got delayed for a few pre-ordered items. I gave this brand another opportunity and they did worse: took a long time to arrive even if no "pre-ordered" and they sent an incorrect size, covering the sticker of the bag with one stating my size in order to be able to send the wrong size. This brand is not serious not trustworthy. Never buying again.

Only issue I have is the fact that they don't cover return costs or provide a return label - even if, like in my case, they sent me the wrong size. In other cases it's not that big of an issue since you can also keep it and get either store credit or part of your money back but in that case it was a little annoying. Otherwise great app and really cute clothes and packaging! <3

I've ordered several times from the app now, and most of the time it has been a good experience. However, recently an order I placed was seized by the USPS for using counterfeit postage (???). I contacted customer service (seemed like an AI chatbot tbh) and was issued a partial refund. I'll hesitate before ordering anything not marked as Flash Shipping.
