Delivery is fast but it comes to returning item its the worst. I send a request of return April 20 the day I received the item. and then they confirm courier assigned. and then I waited..weeks have passed, I contact already the customer service through email. but no courier came.. and now 16th of May they send message that they cannot process my request. for what reason. ( not meeting their quality standard? cancel of collection which i didn't! SCAM for you to accept and take the item.

The App and the email is misleading. I'm a new user and I tried to purchase but the promo code for first purchase thay they gave was not valid according to the app. Also, the email says 199 is required for free delivery but in the app it says it needs 399.

I wanted the kyries that are on sale but the app keeps declining the transaction I tried other shoes and the app still won't let me buy. The offers are a scam in the store its normal price with no offers but in the app its 50% off i kept trying to buy the shoes i want now the shoes I want ran out of my size in the app.
