You can't use Payback points to pay for your purchase, the function is there but just doesn't work. Navigation is overly complicated, lots of clicking and backtracking needed, not easy to use at all. It's very annoying because there are sales only available through the app, but it's a pain to use. Please improve the app or make the same rewars available through the website (check out your main competitor for a very good, easy-to-use app).

The app is fine for the most part but the cart just won't load at all for me. Sometimes it eventually works if I wait several minutes but usually nothing happens. That obviously makes it impossible to actually order anything, so the app is basically useless for me. It also appears to have removed everything from my cart - the number says 1 now and it used to be around 20. So now, even if I can get it to work, I will have to start looking for everything all over again.

I have been trying to register the whole day in order to have the benefits and to activate the friends Rabatt. After filling everything up it tells me there is a technical error and I cannot register. If I try going back it tells me that by closing it I will loose the right of the one time discounts and all. However I am not offered any other option other than either agreeing or deinstaling the app and repeating everything again.
