I subscribed from an old phone that's only used for music play back. Then the subscription wasn't properly processed. I was (theoretically) paying for it, but hadn't any of the benefits. Had to go to Google pay to cancel. Before that I noticed that the app wouldn't run on an older German giant Hannspree tablet, which is the main listening terminal with Android 5.1.1. Spotify had worked.

This is a beautifully designed app that offers a wide selection of well organized classical music. I would award five stars if it weren't for some annoying bugs. Idagio keeps forgetting the track position after several hours of pause. The music occasionally keeps playing after disconnecting Bluetooth headphones. Downloads of large playlists keep failing. It's difficult to locate liked music because I can't guess wether something is a playlist or a recording according to Idagios definition.

just plays the same stuff over and over again hard to build a playlist hard to use just too hard... it's also hard to find the music I want to play I'm looking for classical music over the last thousand years and to get that into a playlist but it's impossible to do that. it's really hard to find compositions as well. and customer service is terrible
