Terrible! User interface is hard to understand. Three or four steps when one is enough. No logical direction when checking out. Keeps asking for a delivery option when all I want to do is order and pick up in store. At checkout, well you can't. Input CC info with no option to confirm. Tried to use PayPal and my basket was deleted in the app. Ridiculous!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Only wanted the app to log in and not have to use the website, which puts you back to the top after looking at an item. But you can't even log in or even start an account. The one time code doesn't work. If I switch to e-mails to get the code, the side to enter it automatically closes. They seriously need to redo their website design and app login.

Worst account creation experience in a looong time. The checkout system is also extremely confusing and frustrating to use, not to mention half my stuff just isn't able to be delivered. That's kind of the whole point why i wanted to order a closet from Ikea.. so thanks for nothing. No alternative date, no saying why it's not lieferbar. I haven't had a more frustrating experience in a long time, guess I'll shop elsewhere
