Frustrating. Installed the app after I have made two orders over my laptop. The UX is not bad, browsing quite comfortable, made general good impression. However, in the order history there are no orders, nor anywhere else that I can see. The app popped push notifications about a state change of the orders (yey) , when I tap the notification and the app opens, it says "nothing found"... Due to this I will use the app for browsing, but for ordering I will use my laptop. Which is a shame.

It used to be somewhat decent in that you could get an overpriced shirt or sticker but with fan art. However, now the app is completely broken, t-shirt u bought has stitches coming undone after one wear, my order doesn't appear in Order History and is 4 days late; and I couldn't submit a request for assistance because the app had an error processing it. Of course, there is is no customer support email which, in tandem with broken app, sends a clear message: "Customer, you can go file yourself."

their products are mostly good I only had one problem with one of their sellers but overall pretty great with their mailing with only 2 days late from their original date of arrival an their great about their return policy even if it take a min for their response, its all understandable. as a first time buyer I love this app just wish they could work on the app a bit more when it comes to returning or a better ai assistant
