I had very bad experiences with this car sharing service. Last time I could not end the rental for 20 minutes, because of an error. It is basically impossible to reach the support through phone (they said that the waiting time would be 12 minutes, no one answered even after 25 mins, then I gave up), so if you have a problem with the car you have to solve it for yourself. Before that they did not send me the voucher for refueling. They do not answer to emails either. Avoid this service.

After , 4 calls, countless unanswered emails, and over 1 month of waiting for a refund for a double payment (They send the same bill to me and my partner and we payed it independently). The charge of the bill is not high enough to make it worth to start legal actions but the service level is terrible, no status of the situation, no answer to the emails, not even an estimated date when they might start working on my complaint. I recommend everyone NOT to use this app.

Clear idea on what car for subscription would be better. For a short-term rent of a few days or a couple of weeks, it doesn't matter. But for a subscription that could last six months or a year, it would be better to know what car one signs up for. Instead of saying "BMW X1 or similar," it would be better to explicitly mention the four letters code for the booking category and the cars that belong to this category. The category is not available or not obvious while booking in the app.
