This poorly designed app is not worth the trouble. The only positive thing I have to say is that it was possible to cancel my booking quickly. I booked but my log-in pin was sent with significant delay even though I was on a tight schedule dropping luggage off. Even after I realized (was not informed while booking) that I needed to download the app to get the QR code, no code ever loaded either via email or on the app. It was cheaper to cancel and pay the store owner directly.

the Stasher address was incorrect. I had to go a couple doors down. The real stasher location was closed. The Support tab on the app states to call the Support phone line immediately if a location is closed. Problem is, the phone line gives a message stating the line is no longer in use. There is also no way to cancel a reservation from the app. I am out almost $30 for the reservation, plus the cost to be transported to and from the closed location, plus wasted about an hour of our vacation.

Money back guarantee and cancel anytime can be misleading, be careful! The app itself is quite good. PS: they answered fast and with a full refund after explaining the issue, that is the best customer support that I've seen in a long time!
