Recent updates have made the user experience worse. First they removed the option to swipe to check items which, while annoying isn't a dealbreaker. Then the ability to contact support through an order got removed, it made things more time consuming if we want to request extra delivery or contact them to cancel orders. Then we get periodically kicked to the new orders page and this is by far the most detrimental decision because it happens while working on orders.

Very bad connection through a small disconnection from wifi/etc that gives internet. Working at a supermarket with wolt delivery, if wifi gets far away/disway for a moment, while doing an order, and connects back, wants like 5 to 10 mins till connects back though program to close/modify the order.

It gets worse by every update. It forces you to have the sound on while you literally stare at the app at all times. Past order count doesn't match with the latest update. Keyboard that constantly appears when you use external scanner. The list goes on and on.
