The app is great when it works, however since switching to a new phone it refuses to access the internet. There are no error messages, no timeouts, anything that should pull data from the web simply comes back empty; in fact, the only thing that works is the "need help?" screen, presumably because that embeds the web browser. Only this app behaves like this and I have no clue why? Will update the rating to the 5 stars the app otherwise deserves as soon as this issue is fixed ...

They canceled the trip only 8 hours before the departure, and rebooked another one without informing me or giving me options for that. Maybe they know better than me which one is suitable for me !!!!! And there is a customer service number but no one to speak with !!! Incidentally, the canceled trip is still available in the App. I rated the program with one star because, unfortunately, there is nothing less.

Absolute unacceptable. Just booked a trip by bus that takes 1h. Price is a little more than train but it's supposed to be faster. 20 minutes before departure I get notified that the trip is delayed more than 70 minutes. Wow. So cancel the trip and take another route. Not possible. I mean yes I could cancel but I wouldn't see any of my money back , I actually had to pay 5 euros for their service! Fantastic.
